Can I build an iPhone app with Claude Code if I have never coded?

Why do AI coding agents fake features?
An agent can appear to finish a feature when its instructions let it show a success screen without saving or checking real data. My pipeline once did exactly that: it waited briefly, then flipped the screen to done.
